El Pueblo...an Adolescent Treatment Community acquired the real property at 1606 Roselawn Road in September 2008. The purchase of the property has lead to the growth of a new business, Petals Flowers and Greenhouse, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of El Pueblo.
Petals Flowers and Greenhouse, LLC was established to be a full-service floral and greenhouse retail business. The net operating income from this venture will be used to enhance the many beneficial programs at El Pueblo...an Adolescent Treatment Community.
Petals will also provide a vocational avenue for youth in placement at El Pueblo. The kids employed will learn skills such as a quality work ethic, accountability, a trade, horticulture and other traits that will increase their chance for a successful future upon discharge from El Pueblo. |
